Live Arrival Guarantee

We proudly offer a 100% Live Arrival Guarantee.

All reptiles and amphibians purchased from Reptile Royals are guaranteed to arrive alive and in healthy condition. We take every precaution to ensure safe packaging and shipping so your new pet arrives in excellent shape.

Health Guarantee (Captive-Bred Animals)

  1. 7-Day Health Guarantee
    All captive-bred reptiles and amphibians are covered by a 7-day health guarantee starting from the time of delivery.

To qualify:

  • You may be required to provide clear photos of your enclosure setup, including temperature and humidity readings.
  • Proper husbandry must be demonstrated.

Important:
This guarantee is void if the animal is not kept in an appropriate environment. This includes:

  • Incorrect enclosure size
  • Improper temperature or humidity
  • Inadequate lighting or bedding

For example, housing a bearded dragon in a small enclosure (such as a 10-gallon tank) would not meet proper care standards. Reptile Royals reserves the right to determine whether the setup meets acceptable husbandry requirements.

  1. Sex Identification Disclaimer
    We make every effort to accurately determine the sex of each animal using appropriate methods such as visual identification, probing, or other species-specific techniques.

However, we do not guarantee the sex of any reptile or amphibian.

  1. Parasite Guarantee
    All animals are guaranteed to be free from external parasites at the time of sale.

This guarantee applies only to visible, external health conditions. Internal conditions or parasites are not covered under this policy.

Health Guarantee (Wild-Caught / Imported / Farm-Raised Animals)

  • All reptiles and amphibians in this category are covered under our Live Arrival Guarantee only.
  • Due to their nature, no extended health guarantee is provided after delivery.
  • Wild-caught or imported animals may have minor cosmetic imperfections, which do not affect their overall health.

Please Note:
Due to their sensitive nature, there are no guarantees on amphibians or non–captive-bred reptiles beyond live arrival.

Reporting Issues / Claims

If you experience any issues with your order, please follow these guidelines:

  • Dead on Arrival (DOA): Must be reported within 3 hours of delivery
  • All other concerns: Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

To file a claim:

  • Contact us immediately at info@reptileroyals.com
  • Provide clear photo evidence, including the animal and packaging

Failure to report within the required timeframe or provide proper documentation will result in the guarantee being void.
